Once again it is Christmas Eve and I have a special treat for you this eve... I have been nurturing another little album that will be released in the new year. This work has been waiting in the wings and is almost ready. It will be a 5 song EP that is the extension of the Moon and the Fire circle. Think of it as another side to the story or it's sister planet. We have been tinkering away in the studio and the little album will shortly be mixed and mastered. I can't wait for you all to hear these new songs, they are very special to me and I'm so thrilled to bring them to you. Until then, I am happy to introduce the title of this work ~

I also have for you another special goodie, the live version of 'Bloom' ~ with yours truly on piano and vocals, James Clark on drums, Steve Lemmon on guitar, Ryan Tilby on guitar and Marc Kolodziej on bass. This was filmed outside of Boston, MA. I hope you enjoy!

The Moon and the Fire Circle is Shauna's next musical expression set for release under Red Rock Music in early 2008. A journey from the light to the dark and back to the light again, Shauna takes us with her as we travel deep into the underworld of different points of view. But as she says, 'The twist in the story is who is telling us which is light and which is dark? From who's point of view are we looking?' Powerful songwriting, enchanting piano, vocals and strong percussion are delicately mixed with flavorful guitar, harp and cello to create the perfect universe where The Moon and the Fire Circle combine to embrace the soul.
